Job Description :
Thermopack is looking for a skilled AutoCAD / SolidWorks Designer to join their automobile industry team at Oragadam. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and design layouts required for automobile component development.
The role requires knowledge of design software and the ability to support engineering and production teams. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the automobile industry and a good understanding of mechanical design standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD software
- Develop 3D models and designs using SolidWorks
- Work with engineering teams on design improvements
- Ensure accuracy and quality of technical drawings
- Follow company standards and project requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Automobile Industry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles
- Good communication and teamwork skills
