Telecalling Executive
Job Description :
Padma Consultancy Services (PCS) is hiring Telecalling Executives for a Work From Home opportunity. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting job seekers, explaining available job opportunities, and assisting them in the recruitment process.
This role is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills and basic knowledge of using a mobile phone or computer. Freshers are also welcome to apply and gain experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Call candidates and explain available job opportunities
- Maintain and update candidate database records
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
- Follow up with candidates regarding job updates
- Provide basic information about job openings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Degree or Diploma qualification
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic mobile or computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly with candidates
- Freshers can also apply
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 based on performance
- Work from home opportunity
- Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
