Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment operations and lead a dynamic hiring team. The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate HR services, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely closure of positions. environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Talent Acquisition team
- Handle corporate HR service activities
- Manage client interaction and build strong relationships
- Conduct corporate meetings and requirement discussions
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA – HR / Marketing
- 4- 5 Years Experience in Corparate HR Services
- Strong Commination Skills with Target Achievement
- Experience in Client Management
- Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Report Preparation
- Team Handling, Follow-up and Decision Making
