Job Description :
Madras Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd is hiring candidates for the position of Company Trainee at their Sriperumbudur facility. This opportunity is suitable for ITI and Diploma Mechanical (DME) candidates who are interested in building their career in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in production operations and learn industry-standard manufacturing processes. Freshers will receive training and experienced candidates will be offered salary based on their previous experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist production team in daily manufacturing activities
- Follow safety rules and company procedures
- Support machine operators and technical staff
- Maintain quality standards in production processes
- Complete assigned trainee tasks and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Male candidates only
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month for freshers
- Experienced candidates – salary based on previous pay
- 8-hour working shift
- ESI and EPF benefits provided
